Josh is the Chief Operating Officer of Ultra Group. Since the Group does not have a traditional CTO, his role combines both operational leadership and full responsibility for technology. With a background in Information Systems and Computer Science, and years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, Josh brings both technical depth and strategic perspective to the Group's leadership. At Ultra Group, he leads innovation, technology, and product strategy while overseeing operations across the Group's portfolio. Though he is transitioning into a broader business leadership role, Josh remains hands-on and actively involved in product architecture and execution. Josh joined Ultra Teque Systems, which he later helped restructure into Ultra Group, and has been instrumental in shaping the Group's strategic direction and technological foundation. Earlier in his career, he began as a Junior Software Engineer at Clarity Smart Tech, progressed to Mid-Level Software Engineer, and then moved to Sakiso Digital as a Senior Software Engineer. This experience gave him a solid foundation in software development and project execution that now underpins his leadership role. By bridging technical expertise with operational leadership, Josh plays a central role in ensuring Ultra Group remains adaptive, forward-looking, and positioned for sustainable growth.
